October 2021: Mystery Quilt Small Group

Canyon is starting a Mystery Quilt small group in October 2021, hosted by Sylvia Corbin and Judy Thacker.

The quilt is a fun and lively 96″ x 96″ made with modern influences. The project includes learning a precision trimming technique that can be done with Bloc Locs, if you choose that option. This project is good for a confident beginner due to the precision piecing. There are two different kit options you can choose from; they are outlined below.

Details:

  • Limited to 20 participants
  • Only offered to Canyon members
  • Meets in person once a month—for six months—beginning in October
  • At each gathering you receive one set of block instructions to be completed over the next month
  • A second set of block instructions are emailed mid month
